Dishonest sales person

I wanted to put new tyres on my car. Got onto Good Hope Tyres website and found the branch closest to Stellenbosch and saw that it would cost me R599 for the 195x60x15's. My husband phoned Good Hope Tyres in the Strand and spoke to a guy called Niaz. He twice told my husband that it would be R599 per tyre, fit and wheel alignment included. I drove through to them and when I got there I was told that there was some confusion and that it would cost me R650 per tyre, wheel alignment excluded. This Niaz guy denied giving my husband the said price and the free wheel alignment. My husband phoned him again while I was there
