Clients waiting two hours and has to do the work themselfs

Good day.

So I visited Godehope Tyres Brackenfell today 18th December 2017. I only had to get 2 tyres replaced. So I deside that im going to take a walk and then return later. So I returned after 45 minutes only to find out that they still havent started with the car. So after nother 20 mins they took of my wheels needing replacing. After another hour my car was still standing likenit was I then had to take off my own wheels. Why should the client have to do the work that he is paying for also to just charge you exactly the same price. After 2 hours we still did not recieve any communication from anyone. All the manager could say is sorry they will be done soon and started laughing. Im sorry I as the client was not suppose to work on my own car. I am so very unhappy with the service that I have recieved from this company.

Im not sure if I will ever be returning to them again.
