Bad workmanship

I bought 4 new tyres at the Kraaifontein branch last year November, fitted, balanced and wheel alignment. 2 monrhs ago we noticed that the back wheels inner side is totally warn so much thats the wires are showing. We confrunted them and they did not want to assist us. The reason for the wires showing was bad workmanship with the wheel alignment, because the guy who did it, never fasten the rear bolts properly. So I've lost 2 tyres and the money that I'd payed. Had to buy to new tyres not even a year from purchasing the other.
