BAD SERVICE - NEARLY ****ING YOUR CUSTOMER

I changed my tyres on the 27/08/2018. Today 3 of my wheelnuts broke off. I could have been in a serious accident and gottend ****ed. Yet when i returned to the branch and told them that they didnt fastened the nuts properly the manager first told me it wasnt his tyres, until i showed him the slip. And then he said it is more than 2 weeks later so he is not taking responsibility.

This is totally unacceptable and bad service.

Please do not change your tyres at Goodhope tyres and if you do please make sure that they fastened the nuts.
