Bad Business Practice

I took one of my cars to the one in Goodwood. Their system is you pay before they do anything. I'm not sure but this is poor service practice. I don't care who hurt them, not my problem. To me, you service your client, make sure they are happy and then pay for the work done. Won't come back there
