My recent stay at Gonubie Hotel was extremely disappointing. The level of service was unsatisfactory from the start, with staff showing little urgency or concern when issues were raised. Several lights in the room were not working, which created an uncomfortable and inconvenient environment.

What was most concerning, however, was the overall condition of the room. In my opinion, the maintenance standards appear very poor, and the room did not feel safe or properly cared for. Basic upkeep and guest safety should be a priority at any hotel, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

To make matters worse, the room rates are not what you would expect to pay for accommodation of this standard. The pricing does not reflect the poor quality, lack of maintenance, and disappointing service provided.

I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to the service, room conditions, pricing, and general safety standards.
