Improve Communication and Service

I placed my timeshare unit for rent with them and although they have my contact details they never contacted me. My place was rented from 13 to 20 Nov 2020 and I was told that I will have to wait until January before I will receive my money after taking 20% of R8500.00. I will never use them again!!
