No interest in helping
If I could give a zero for customer service, I would do so. What was supposed to be a long overdue long weekend with my family was turned into a disastrous half-weekend cut short by their unwillingness to engage the issues. We called them to see if they could assist, but they turned cold shoulder and refused to call me to see if we can discuss alternatives. They even refused to provide me with phone recordings to prove that I was correct when I made the bookings. Quick to take money, and in my case slow to deliver.
