Withdrawal & Suspension

Worst betting site ever. Helped my family member sign up for it since I have an account and gifted them vouchers to play. When they won, goldrush suspended their account with the money in it! it’s been almost 4 days now and just 2 days later they suspended my account too because apparently you shouldn’t buy or gift anyone a voucher imagine! They all suspend the accounts exactly after you deposit! They allow you to deposit and then don’t allow you to withdraw. Please allow me to get back my money and allow my mother to get hers too! They always preach about recommending the site to your friend or family member while they know they’ll try to **** you saying your account is under review. Both my account and my mom have been under review because of jus buying her a voucher and when the asked for proof of deposit they saw it’s my bank statement that bought her a voucher. There’s no terms and conditions that says you shouldn’t buy someone else a voucher, I’ve read them all. Please give us back our money or we’ll take it legally! You can be amazed how a social media post and a lawsuit would do if you think you taking advantage of people , no matter how small you think their money is.
