Most dissatisfied and feel like I was ****med
My problem is with another entity Using the same registration as goldrush *** They call themselves gamezone They do not allow deposit only vouchers They keep saying we made a mistake so we must must keep depositing They show your balance But ask you to keep paying into withdraw How can a registered business with the same registration number have two separate rules I have a balance to withdraw but am told I must draw in stages if I try drawing more I get downgraded Then I must deposit almost three thousand more to get to next level so I can draw R50 This is not legit or legal I think this should be stopped ******** people

Goldrush Disaster Stay Clear Dont Touch
Hopefully Read this before you ever gamble with these guys. I wish that I did my homework before ever using these guys. Online verification process doesnt work. I have tried countless times to upload my ID and it keeps failing. I sent them already my bank confirmation and selfie. They refuse to accept my ID. Off course they owe me a payout and using this trick not to pay my money. Guys never ever trust them. Rather use decent sites like Jackpot City and Hollywood Bets. They are at least organised and pay without delay. Goldrush is to lazy to verify the ID themselves and use stupid AI to do this process. IT DOES NOT WORK!!! Useless. I will never touch this site again. There should be a zero star option for this lot.

Goldrush bad betting site
First the gold rush site is bad. It just freezes while playing. They dont play much bonus spins as I kept putting in money it just get span away. I deposited money in and realized that they dont have the gate that I want to play( mystic fortune) so I decided to withdraw. But I couldn't withdraw because they say you have to play that amount you deposited before withdrawal. What is the use playing it when their spins doesn't even pay. A Concern I Believe Goldrush Casino Should Take Seriously I fully understand that gambling involves risk, and I accept that there is never a guarantee of winning. However, I believe customers should still be able to raise concerns when their experience becomes worrying. My concern is that my deposits have been significantly higher than my winnings, and this has made me question the overall experience and the way responsible gambling is being approached. When customers are depositing R2,000 or more are always winning and taken seriously. I want this matter resolved because i dont deposit 2000 but atleast 50rnd to 200rnd everyday using 1 voucher. Customers should not simply feel that they are encouraged to continue depositing without meaningful consideration of the level of spending taking place.
