Withdrawal claims not processed for over 3 months.

Worked for the Goldrush head office. Worked there for close to a yar thinking I would be able to withstand the 12 hour shifts. I have been waiting for assistance with regards with m withdrawal claims. Two gentlemen from the HR teams tried assisting me with my claims but it is over 3 months with expecting my withdrawals from liberty through them.
