Very bad customer service

I made a deposit last night and funds are not reflecting on my account with Goldrush online. I have had 5 conversations with online support without the issue being resolved. I not getting any real feedback from support. The support customer service contact number also doesn't work. How is that even possible for a company like Goldrush.
