Steeling our bonusses

I am very very disgusted with the service since last week. Games stop mid spins and then still take the money even though no spin happened. I have send screenshot to assistant and was told all systems work fine....even though I sent the pictures. I played now, got a free spin and a bones and was suppose to get more than R440, after the sprin.i was R100 less than what I started with before the spin and bonus... and the help line.. nobody answers... usually they are there immediately or message that somebody will attent soon. Where is my money and why am I being ignored? You take our money very quickly and don't even have the descency to reply. I am done with this ****. Pay my money so I can exclude from this site and rather go to Hollywood bets. How many people are being deceived????
