I would like to warn anyone that enjoys playing online slots or betting, to stay far away from goldrush.co.za. Apart from their games having absolute pathetic payouts and win ratios, you will find yourself very lucky if you do, by some miracle win something, to withdraw those funds. Every attempt I have made to get them to RICA my account for payouts have been rejected. I have been trying for the last 4 days just to get them to accept my ID document! Absolutely ridiculous! The exact same document used on other sites like Hollywoodbets and Supabets. All these *********** people keep telling me is that u may not send it in pdf format and u may not crop your photo. I have taken photos of my ID for the last 4 days and sending it. I didnt crop my photos nor did i send it in pdf format, i made sure to get all 4 corners in and didnt use my flash. Exactly like they told me a 1000 times!!! Still it gets rejected. When i asked them how many times do i still need to take photos and send them, i was told "untill you get it right". Unbelievable! Either i dont know how to take a photo and follow certain guidelines or these people are simply delaying this process by any means neccessary to avoid any payouts. I think its the latter. These people want to frustrate you after taking all your deposits and after losing it all anyway so when u do win, u cant withdraw. Pathetic site which is painfully slow, poor customer service and the whole site is set up for one reason and one reason alone which is to take as much money from you as possible. Period. Stay far away from them. There are FAR better betting sites than this.
