No Accountability After Admitted Error

I had a very disappointing experience on this platform that I feel others should be aware of.

I was playing normally using my own deposited funds when I received a bonus credited to my account. Naturally, seeing the increased balance, I adjusted my bet size accordingly—something any reasonable user would do based on the funds reflected in their account.

Without any warning or notification, the full bonus amount was suddenly removed from my balance while I was actively playing. This left me with almost nothing, as my betting level had already increased based on the higher balance shown.

When I contacted support, they acknowledged that this was an error on their platform. However, despite admitting their mistake, I was told that there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation.

A platform displaying incorrect balances and then removing funds without warning—especially during active gameplay—creates a misleading and unfair environment for users.

I would strongly advise that you do not use this service.
