Goldrush is pathetic and the service is dismissal

Absolutely terrible service. First money was deducted from my account for an error on their side. Then you have to sit on a chat that you can't leave because it closes the query. I sat there for 1 hour till they sorted it out. Then nothing works. The money is in the account but you can't use it. I'm now on the 4th chat for the day thats taking up and hour and a half each mind you. And each operator says the same thing. When you try to explain the issue to them they just send a copy and pasted response that does not help. After all that eventually the response is we will escalate it and contact you after 24 hours. That alone shows that the support team clearly dont know what they doing and is pointless. I really wanted to give them a chance but this is pathetic. I would not recommend anyone using this site ever!!!!!!
