Please please please stay away. This site is horrible. After depositing over R10 000 in the first day, you would expect some decent customer service. The customer service was fine when my bonus promos were not loaded and they were actually quite nice despite their bonuses not working. But just wait until you try and withdraw your funds, they turn into a whole other type of monster. I requested a withdraw for R10 200, just R200 profit after hours of playing. And the problems start. They request the FICA documents as any normal site does and you wait to get approved. Then you're finally "Allowed" to withdraw. I put in my withdraw request through instant EFT. An hour later I noticed I still do not have my money so I logged back on to the site. "Withdraw request denied, please provide proof of your deposits". WHAT?. How are you asking me for proof of deposit after you've clearly received my money as I got my balance and bonus on the site? Also, they can look and see if they received my money before crediting my account? Like hello? It just does not make sense to me, but anyway I open a live chat and voice my frustration and ask where in the profile section I can upload my proof of deposit. (This conversation took over an hour as the support rep**** once every 15 - 30 minutes, on a live support chat.) They told me there is no dedicated spot to upload it, I need to send it in the chat. Makes absolutely no sense, they tell me it is required in certain instances (I think when you don't lose your money as they are little greedy dogs). Finding this very weird and strange I comply and send screenshots of my app transaction history. A whole 30 minutes later I get a response it needs to be in PDF format. Fair enough, I comply and change the file type and send it again. Another 20 minutes later I get a response to hold tight he will be with me shortly. This is when I start to get annoyed and I feel rightfully so. Eventually he tells me I have been approved and I am "Allowed" to withdraw my own money now. Very anoyed I enter my details and withdraw my cash and go out for the evening. When I get home I check and see I still have not got my EFT so once again I log back on to the site. "Withdrawal denied, plies givv deposit proof". Now I'm losing my **** at this point. I open once again another live "Support" chat and type my little message there with screenshots of the support telling me I am cleared for withdrawal and that I want my withdrawal now and that this is the most frustrating and trash site and support I have ever had to deal with. Now that they didn't like hearing and ended the chat immediately without replying. I once again open another support chat and get the same member that helped me the first time. I ask him why I was not paid as he said I was cleared for withdrawal. At least 25 minutes later he says I need to send proof of deposit. Now I'm fuming, I already did this dance with this person and I sent him the screenshots of the chat and him telling me I am approved. He tells me again in some broken English to show deposit proof. I send the same pdf as the previous time and once again I'm left on read for 20 minutes. Eventually he comes back and says, this proof is sufficient. I ask can I finally withdraw now. 10 Minutes later he replies with, "Surry, meant insufficient". Im losing my mind and want to actually just look this potplant in the face. I get angry and ask how it was "Good enough" the first time and now all of a sudden it's not, he replies with we don't accept screenshots, needs to be bank statement. At this point I am losing my mind even more as this makes no sense. I get a statement, put it in pdf and send it. Now this little dumbo takes another 30 minutes to finally tell me "you deposit R400 two times and R200 one time, you got too much money for deposit". Now I feel I'm about to get ****med out of my money, I go take screenshots and more statements from my bank, highlight my deposits and tell him to "READ THE PDF DONT BS M, I have screenshots of everything, just pay me my money". 32 minutes later I get a reply "Approved for withdraw, please rate us 5 stars" I close the chat and rate It one star and finally my eft goes through after waiting another hour for the dude to approve it.

tldr: Horrible staff, take your money with no problem, but will do everything in their power to not pay you your winnings.
