Disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed and angry at the service and lack off honesty. Goldrush on line is a system just to rip honest people off. They do not follow the rules. The staff lie. Behave as well though they have never heard your query. Management and staff come up with creative excuses not to honor your bet. I had deposited my own money online. I used up the first amount. I was down to zero rands. I deposited money again and had started playing the mega roulette. I play R1 on the number 35 and won MEGA 200 on this bet. meaning I should have been paid R1 times R36 times 200 equals R7200. I was paid R200 instead. I chatted to the online staff. All of them seem dumbfounded as though they don't know what I'm talking about. Then I spoke to lindiwe who said she logged it with IT. She advised to check up in a hour, I did. Then she tells me there is no turn around time. I asked for management to contact me. To no avail. Eventually I was told there were no managers available, just another creative way to get rid of me. Now I'm told you check up the next day. I speak to lyndall, a very *********** employee, now tells me I was paid correctly which is R31. Again I asked for management. No assistance. I asked for the contact number and email address. I sent an email. A consultant mongezi contacts me. Now hear this apparently the bet was made with the bonus off R200 that was allocated to me. Yet I could clearly see that the funds I had deposited was being used up and no Bonus was reflecting. I further asked Mongezi to his supervisor to call me. A lady called just to tell me what mongezi had said. I asked for her manager and asked for a call back at 5pm. No one had called until present. I am very disturbed that these people think I am STUPID! My own money was being used. Yet I'm now told that it was the bonus money. What also does not makes sense is that after winning a roulette bet, I get paid the bonus money of R200. Which they say is the bonus paid, so where is the actual amount paid for the bet. Management came up with a very creative and devious idea to not honor the bet. In conclusion, Goldrush is a *****. They are dishonest. Service is pathetic. I am honestly disappointed that they are able to get away with *****ing. To me not honoring my bet is *****ing. I would advise anyone and everyone consider twice in using this on line gambling website. If you want to be cheated, go ahead and use Gold rush on line gambling. Don't say I didn't warn you!
