Bad service

I deposited R2000 using a 1voucher on the 23rd of December...I haven't received anything I was asked to get a green slip from 1 voucher I phoned them and and within 10 mins I was able to get the green slip ...I messaged the live chat and told them about my issue and provided them with the green slip ...they then said they need to get the green slip from 1 voucher amd it will take one day ( while I got it in 10 mins )I messaged the next day and they said within 20 mins ...till today nothing absolutely nothing ...I deposited to claim the deposit bonus for the promotion that they were running not thinking that they were going to ***** money
