They can't pay you

Goldrush Reds Mall - They expect you to come and play at their casino but can't pay you when you cashout because they don't have money! Or they pay you in R20's or R50's. This happy almost everytime I'm there. The staff does not really care about it either - when reported to the manager he just shrugs his shoulders. Rather gamble at the reputable casino's such as Peermont or Sun International, they never have issues like this
