SUPER UNHAPPY

So I've played book of ra on it for a while now and a few days, I've noticed that certain symbols glitches away especially the books, I've lost more than a R1000 on it, look I understand a loss is a loss and I accept it but not like this, this is far to unfair... I've even emailed a screen recording of how it glitches away to one of the consultants and they didn't come back to me...

I think it's only fair to refund me and make sure the games works perfectly before launching them making people loose by being unfair.
