Be warned...stay far away.

I made several deposits into Gold Rush as I played online. These were off of my credit card.

After I finished playing, I attempted to log a withdrawal. This rejected on the basis that they need a "pdf statement with my name on it to prove that the funds were mine". They were supp**** a screenshot off of the FNB app and an original statement to show that the credit card is mine - but alas - they will not accept it.

They battle to understand that is your pay now, that you cannot provide a PDF credit statement an hour later joking the deposits you made ro them. My next statement comes at the end of January - so they expect me to wait from 6 to 31 January ro get my R50 000-00.

The consultants merely continue ro ask for the same thing.

So just know - your will not get your winnings without waiting for up ro a month th.
