Query over funds deposited

On 10/02/2024 at 21h00,I loaded money on my player account and ussually it reflects directly or within 5 minutes. After about 15min I started to query the reason for not loaded, and was asked to send proof of the deposit and until now 11/02/2024 @15h00 it is still not refecting. But ot went off my bank. Some of the agents just start the conversation and then it directly. I did take screenshot photos of it and wwnt through close to R200 of data due to loadshedding etc. And eveytime to send proof for the next agent. Even tried their email and got the same answee that it don't reflect yet on their side.
