My name is Thobile Masondo and Goldrush.co.za has seriously ******** me from difficulties with withdrawal to them profusely refusing to provide me with a certificate of operations online as I was using their online facility.

Furthermore I believe they are using an alias or rather their certificate is limited since they can't send their certificate. I'm highly concerned as a previously ****med individual, I have asked for a refund of all my settings since their processes and programming is very sketchy and they refused without provision of their license agreement with ngb. I'm highly aggrieved, please see the attached screenshot. I have proof of interactions with their online team and I know that they are doing something not legal as at one point their online team was referring to Goldrush.co.za as a third body.
