I made a deposit with real money no quwations asked when taking my money but now that I want to withdraw my winnings they refuse to help me after submitting the documents for verification. As they dont want to accept that my Id card is on my married surname and my bank account is on my ****en surname. I was willkng to send a copy of my ****en id book as well as a police affidavit confirming my house burnt down an thus I dont have a marriage certificate anymore, but no no avail are the willing to help me. They are demanding that I change my surname on bank account to my married surname which is discriminating me as I can proof it is me and my bank account. On the proof of account it show my id number so why does this not proof it is me? This is *****kng my money as they can quickly take but have stories to give my money to me. If this matter is not resolved so I can get my money with an appology, I will take this further and I will start taking this to the news
