Ur customer management skill is a definite 10/10. U bring joy and smiles to people that enter ur branch. I come there and get satisfied all the time with ur outstanding work ethics. It's amazing how ur generosity is on another level meaning that yes we come there to gamble but with ur welcoming and how you treat us we don't care if we lose because u make us feel at home.

You didn't have to go out of ur way to keep us fine for the T20 match but walking into ur branch with all those delicious food and drinks really made us feel special. On the other hand ur shows ur entertainment nights spot on. U have really made not only me but ur other customers happy too...
