Gold rush online gambling

I deposit R500 from my debit card to them to play online. This was done on the 3rd of September. Up to date they have not credit my Gold rush account with the money as they want proof of payment. If you pay with debit card you don't get pop. I emailed them 5 times send my bank statement. No response
