Decrimination and untruthfulness at goldrush bingo stanger

On behalf of my elderly father Prakash Dhani his experience at goldrush bingo stanger was truly devastating on the 20 April he gambled on the famous 5 gold dragons slot machines and acquired a pair of 5 fish with the dragon and a mulitiplier of 40 however was paid 160 rather then 3200 he then only realized it when he got home on the 21 of April he then went back to stanger goldrush bingo and informed the manager on duty they reply was they will look into it and get back to him on the 25 of April no contact was made to him so he went in for feed back they showed him a photo of him on another machine stating he is lying and did not play on the 5 dragons gold slots machine he had requested to see video footage and was told he is not allowed to see the video footage they confirmed that he did not play on the machine on the 26 of April he then spoke to the manager on duty and they then said he did play on the 5 dragons gold machine but he had removed his card on a free game but he did not get that pay out on a free game he got it on random on the 1 of May 2024 he then went back to stanger goldrush bingo to speak to the manager thabang he informed us that higher management knows of this issue including the CEO of goldrush and he had offered me 1000 for compensation however my dad refused and stated he would take the matter up to the gambling board when my dad got home on the very day 1 of May he then called thabang the general manager of goldrush bingo stanger requesting and letter stating he did not win the amount of 3200 he refused my dad my dad has been going to stanger goldrush almost on a daily basis and the service we've got from them was truly sad manager's on duty were rude and imp**** to my dad that he **** and did not win emails were sent and no reply it's truly sad to experience such a incident at goldrush it's heart breaking to treat customers who visit the store on daily basis in such a matter I feel as if the machines at goldrush are rigged not paying out the amounts they suppose to be paying how many May have been ****** this way due to lack of knowledge in some games
