Complaint Crazy Slots FS

My complaint is about Gold Rush bingo trading as Crazy Slots Free State they put me on run around about for my ters payment for period of October to December 2020 as my former colleagues have been paid and they going to second payment for jan to march 2021 but still waiting for mine. department of labour told them to sumbmit the correct ref number and they sumbitted an incorrect one ***/7 & ***/2 what i dont understand is why it was changed. i have been communicating with HR til now no positve response from crazy slots i even sent the email adress to them whom to contact from labour this means they will not to so.
