Bad service.

I got first place on their Saturday tournament. The lady named Patty contacted me telling me that I have won a golden ticket to play at my nearest branch. I come from a one street town and there is no goldrush branch. The only nearest branch is Rustenburg. I asked Patty if she can please organize an accommodation or transportation for me because the tournament takes place at night she said that unfortunately too much money has gone out due to this tournament but on the adverti*****t it was stipulated that they can actually organize a transport and accommodation for those that come from far. I organized a transport and tried calling her to ask some questions. She didn't answer her phone and she didn't get back to me. I am very disappointed. After all the efforts I have put.
