Bad pathetic slow service and credit ******

I loaded a 1voucher yesterday and it never reflected. I was sent from pillar to post to get a greenslip. After numerous calls I eventually receive the greenslip and send to goldrush. Go to chat online and non of these agents reply fast or prompt, understand what I am saying, don't think they even u derdtand what they doing and still no credit to my account. These people are rip-offs.
