Air conditioning

Good morning

So GOLDRUSH CHATSWORTH the worst place for the past 4 to 5 months.

Being a regular customer at the Chatsworth branch since I live 2 min away being there with no air-conditioning is the worst ever.

We spoke to management at the branch on a regular basis and nothing seems to be done imagine but yet when people go to cash money the cashiers sitting happy because they got air conditioning and imagine us we are suffering when we asked them they say that the people are going to fix it but it's been 5 months nobody fixed nothing if they're going to take us for a ride they will close down soon because there is a group of people that wants to call the health department for Gold Rush Chatsworth and trust me it's not a threat what I said it's the truth.

Why is the air conditioning not working yet you guys make so much of money. Is it fair it is not fair at all what you put your customers through. You guys got two fans that blows hot air.

If somebody dies there what would you do how can y'all make people sit in such a condition where we don't even get proper called air.

Customers actually write in the comments book but nobody bothers about the comments book why don't our voices count you guys are taking us for a ride.

Do a survey at your branch and see what customers tell you guys. It's pathetic for such a big growing company to have such poor ethics besides we come there regularly and to play in such a place like that with no acorns the toilets on the other hand is dirty you can actually see the toilet you have to literally pull the toilet for it to flush how can yourll expect people to support you guys when your guys when y'all don't take care of Us and yet we support you it's been 5 months with this bull****.

You guys are really gonna be sorry when health department enter this place.

When we ask the managers they keep on telling us this week then next week then tomorrow when is the air conditioning when is the air conditioning people coming. How long do you expect us to wait when it is too late when someone dies it's unfair it's either you guys buckle up or close down because enough is enough the cashiers sit and enjoy the cold breeze and yet we have to suffer you guys are gone to the dogs sorry to say it but it is the truth.

At the managers going to keep on lying or do they want to close down because they are doing nothing about it we can't keep on begging them when I asked for an extension Cord they don't even have that.

Gold Rush Chatsworth needs to catch a big wake up before you guys go down speak to the managers tell them to sort this s*** out. We don't have a problem with the workers neither do we have a problem with the managers but the lying they are telling us about the air conditioning is on another level Don't lie to us customers we matter our lives matter we support y'all so we expect support the managers should sort this s*** out and once again my ending before it's too late sort it out if health department comes there don't be sorry because Gold Rush Chatsworth will definitely have to close down.

This email is not to bring any employee down it is to make them wake up do what they're told and sort the air-conditioning out for us customers that literally pay they salary.
