Unhappy customer

Took my new pick-up truck, a GWM P series for the 1st 5000km service and the staff commitment was so poor. No quality mindset even at the supervisory level and generally the treatment was superficial and contemptuous. The same goes with their car wash business partner located at a nearby fuel station. Birds of the same feather.
