Poor service and rude staff
Took my car for service in Gezina and it came back malfunctioning. They were rude and unhelpful and I even had to pay them R4k to fix their mess because I couldn’t be without a car for another week as it was with them! Do not service your car at the Gezina branch, you will regret it!

I was happy at first with the service received from the sales executive
I was happy at first with the service received from the sales executive. He was very helpful and kind. But when it came to assisting me with getting my double disc for the vehicle. He took time. He told me he would have it couriered to me but he has been silent ever since. I never thought I would get such service for a reputable dealership such as them

Disappointed
Golden Era sold service warranty to me fully knowing that the car's service record is not in place / they do not have record of the full service record, which is a requirement to provide once you submit a claim to M-Sure. Luckily for us we did opt for Golden Era to service the car when we bought the car, other wise we also would've missed the servicing the car within 30days after we have bought it. Due to that M-Sure paid R2000 of a R34k claim, we had to replace the clutch of the vehicle and this damages was clearly historical damages not caused within the 6 months we had the car. I am disappointed, this was our 3rd car we bought from Golden Era, I also thought they could be trusted.

Golden Era Motors Review: Mechanical Problems and Unresolved Deposit Refund
My Personal Experience with Golden Era Motors I am sharing this review based solely on my own experience as a customer. I purchased a vehicle from Golden Era Motors and understood at the time of purchase that it included a warranty plan. Approximately one month later, I contacted a Hyundai dealership to check the status of the warranty plan and was informed that they could not find an active service plan linked to the vehicle. Soon afterward, the vehicle developed mechanical problems, including a head gasket issue. I returned the vehicle to Golden Era Motors, and repairs were carried out. However, within about two weeks of receiving the vehicle back, further mechanical problems arose. Due to these ongoing issues, I informed the dealership that I no longer wished to keep the vehicle and requested a refund of my R60,000 deposit. Following discussions with the dealership, I was offered an alternative vehicle, and R30,000 of the deposit was app**** toward that vehicle. As of the date of this review, I have not received the remaining R30,000 despite requesting it. Based on this experience, I am dissatisfied with the outcome and the level of service I received. Prospective buyers may wish to independently verify any vehicle benefits, obtain important terms and representations in writing, and thoroughly inspect any vehicle before completing a purchase. Very poor service with pretence to new clients
Golden Era Group I am very sad to write this comment because on the Hellopeter app you act as if you have assisted me instead nothing was done, you don’t care about your customers especially because you failed me, and you are still continuing to sell vehicles with duplicates vin numbers, Bad bad Golden Era Gezina branch they care about money ONLY 😡😡
