Selling cars that are in a bad condition. This dealership has no respect for customers
I bought a car at Golden Era last year and what was suppose to be a happy moment turned into a nightmare. The car has faults everywhere and i got the shock of my life when i took it for diagnosis elsewhere (after Golden era could not help me) and the pipes and everything was just attached with silicon. Now that the silicon has run out the car has leakages everywhere, some pipes are joined together in the car and i am told that it is not suppose to be like that and it will damage the car. The engine light has been on since we bought the car, i took it back but unfortunately they failed to see what was wrong with the car but i took to another workshop where they told me the car has many faults and it needs engineering. I have fixed so many faults on the car, spent so much money and the car continues to malfunction because i bought it in a terrible state and I cannot afford to do so anymore. I have brought all of this to the attention of the sales person who helped me with my purchase by the name of Arno and he promised to get back to me but has since gone AWOL. I am shocked and disappointed by this. I know most used cars dealerships are out there to rip of clients but i did not expect Golden Era to be one of those. It turns out I was wrong and it is just another **** of dealership. I struggled to get a date for them to check my car as they told me they have so many cars booked for the workshop on a daily basis. I mean if that is the case it means most people buying cars from the dealership always return the cars with complaints hence a fully booked workshop. My intention is to return their car and good luck to the person who will buy it because it will definitely be sold in that state. Please treat your customers with respect and you will go a long way or continue destroying your reputation because at the end of the day all these unhappy customers will never come back or recommend you to anyone else.
