Golden era motors non excellent after service

The service when buying a car is excellent but the after service is a disgrace i bought a car 28 sept 2019 by them early in march 2020 i phoned them to complain the aircon is not working ,not even having the car a proper 6 months they offer to only pay 2000 towards the repairs of the aircon and the quate to fix it was 12000 have all the proof of what was said during the conversation .as till today im driving a car that has no aircon please dont let there excellent sales serves blind eye one as a person
