Disappointed

Golden Era sold service warranty to me fully knowing that the car's service record is not in place / they do not have record of the full service record, which is a requirement to provide once you submit a claim to M-Sure. Luckily for us we did opt for Golden Era to service the car when we bought the car, other wise we also would've missed the servicing the car within 30days after we have bought it. Due to that M-Sure paid R2000 of a R34k claim, we had to replace the clutch of the vehicle and this damages was clearly historical damages not caused within the 6 months we had the car. I am disappointed, this was our 3rd car we bought from Golden Era, I also thought they could be trusted.
