Damaged car after service

Second time service and car comes back damaged,1st time it was covered and they claim it wasn't them and second time they also denying it. Now they want me to pay for panel beaters. If I was a white person they would have treated me differently and took responsibility for the damage and to make it worse they telling I'm wasting their time and just left me standing by the car alone and proceeded with their business.
