Be aware - Binding Deposits

We have paid a binding deposit to this dealer, but then a few days later advised them that we will not take the car, they refuse to pay us back our binding deposit. They had 10 cars available for me but the next day when the deal was approved suddenly no cars was available and only lower spec models. This really make you think! Easy money!
