ARROGANT AND USELESS DEALERSHIP PUTTING MY CHILDRENS LIFES AT RISK AND MY JOB!

We bought a used GWM C50T at 40 000km from Golden Era Mortors/GWM/Haval in Gezina, Pretoria.

We noticed some of the lights on the car doesnt work from the get go so they replaced the bulbs and then we found the radio is also faulty. They replaced the radio 5 months later but the problem with the lights still presist where the lights back and front also break light just stop working or they work intermittently.

The car has been there nit less that 5 times and everytime they replace the bulbs and want to charge us hundreds of rands at a time with a big issue to get it sorted. They have told us that the car needs to go to an auto electrician but they fail to deliver.

There is only 1 helpfull lady that works at the front office and she can only do so much.

Today the car just stopped running today shortly after it was in for a service and yet again the bluddy headlights working intermittently.

We where told by Sylvester (workshop manager of sorts) that they only have 2 loan cars that they give out in extreme situations so we can't get to work or get my children to school.

He then proceeded to tell me that they get atleast 15 cars a day and most of them is i der warranty and they can't just issue a loan car to everyone. This is a clear indication that GWM/Haval manufactures and sells ******* faulty vehicles and then leave the customer stranded!

The staff at the dealership and workshop is arrogant and useless with the exception of Annie and the receptionists.

Empty promises, a car that is a nightmare on 4 wheels. We pay an insane premium a month and even though its under warranty they have a horrible attitude!

My children's lives and saftey is at risk with the lights working intermittently. They just pull up their shoulders and give snotty awnsers.

I am in operations, If I cannot reach my stores baser all over gauteng then I cannot do my job!

I will never recomend anyone to buy a GWM/Haval especially not from this dealership nor any other car.

Its pathetic!
