You should get first prize for pathetic service!

I would like to suggest that you bunch of *********** idiots put more City buses coming down AZ Berman.One has to literally wait 30-40 minutes for a bus where you don't have to stand on the freaking step of the bus that's how full it is.This is such a big company and I find it unbelievable that you people cannot provide a proper service does one have to complaint every other month about this company,before something or nothing in your case happens? And by the way your feedback and responses sucks I've never been satisfied after speaking to you.
