Wrong route from a phillip east but from tygervally by 7:30pm

i am written to express my disappointment and frustration with the wrong route taken by the driver started on the 9/03/2025 travelling from tygervalley to Phillip East (DRV 89117 route ECC4) Bus No-4684.. Time 7:30pm

A driver took a wrong route resulting a delay and inconvenience. I was not informed about the new route change and when i questioned the driver he seemed unsure and unapologetic as a paying customer i expect a safe and efficient journey and golden arrow is failing us and thats unacceptable that your driver i creating his own route because of the relationship/Friends you can not deliver/drop anywhere but by the bus top.

7:30pm bus but we get home by 21:00pm because of he travell the whole Nyanga east via nyanga police station, via caladairy, in between mau mau houses and that's a dangerous area at night

i request that you take immediate action to address this issue including.

1. Providing additional to driver,Route navigation and communication. 2.Implement measures to prevent similar incidents 3. offer refunds when failling your service 4.When recieving a complaint act quick before its too late.

Please investigate this because its so disgusting and with the response we getting from golden arrows it is so unprofessional . I am looking forward from your response within 24 hours.😡😡😡😡
