Worst service I've received in a while from golden arrow

<p>This morning I got a Durbanville Bus from Harare at 06:20 bus number 4783 with my Khayelitsha to Bellville clip card, the driver clips my card and on the freeway I notice that the driver is not going to Bellivlle . I ask the driver about it he says “no this bus is going to Durbanville straight” I then ask him why did he clip my clip card which clearly says Khayelitsha to Bellville this driver left me stranded in Durbanville with no way to get to Bellville and I had no cash on me I had to beg to get to work on time... The fact that I have taken a Durbanville bus for years and never had this problem I this Golden Arrow is irresponsible for not putting a sign that differentiates between a bus that goes via Bellville and a bus going straight to Durbanville, the drivers are clearly not doing their jobs they are not even reading what the ticket says </p>
