Worst Service ever

I am stuck with a similar issue only difference is I was **** to with regards to where my bus is stopping and never used my ticket again and it has been a hassle to claim my money back not to mention I ended up using bolt to get home and paid additional fees. I am beyond irritated with Golden Arrow at this point and grateful that I will never be using them ever again and I will ensure that badmouthing them is all I do.
