worst service canal walk strandfontien/Rocklands

Canal walk 9.30 strandfontien/beacon valley always ****ed up on a Sunday, public holidays and just any other day. Every week a new driver and some of them got **** attitudes. The call centre and drivers routes are different??? the call centre give you the wrong times and route.. Golden arrow must Close down and let my city take over...you guys are pathetic from the drivers to agents in call centre. people have laid so many complaints but nothing happens. We pay R1000+ per month for **** service is not fair. Reduce your price or close down. Call centre and some drivers are pathetic Get a rocklands bus for 9.30 some of US live further down spine road in Rocklands and let your blady call centre and Drivers routes correspond!!!!!!!!!
