Worst Bus Company in Capetown

I lost my Golden Arrow bus ticket which was loaded with a month's rides and I called them to report it. The call centre advised that they lodged a request for the rides to be transferred to my new Gold card.

I have followed up numerous times and it's been 3 full weeks of no feedback. I've emailed their complaints department and no one cares to respond.
