What do I pay for ?

I should demand every cent I spend on a golden arrow ticket for the *********** and unreliable drivers inspectors and operators how is it that a bus has to turn around at ten at night to head back to waterfront for the driver not knowing the proper route I get home at 11 every night getting a bus at 9:45 that's meant to b there by 9:30 , you should be ashamed putting all these people's lives at risk ,I don't see why we need to pay for stupidity and consistent bad service
