What are Golden Arrow drivers trained?!?

Today 13/07/2018 at the Claremont bus stop the Harare Bus No 4403 arrived late so there were a lot of people at the bus stop I was in the queue to get in. The Driver drove the bus as we were still getting in I had to hold on to the door as it was closing and I just managed to get in that rude driver left two people behind. I am not sure if its a rule of Golden Arrow to leave people behind when in a hurry. I dont understand the logic behing it you leave people behind because you want to arrive early in other stops. That is wrong if a bus is late it is late its not our fault we dont deserve to be treated like hairless dogs. To make matters worse when I got in I ask the guy " how can you drive but we still getting in dont you care that we might fall?". He had the audacity to tell me you lucky you got in I am late you people are taking you people are taking your time! Never have I experienced such disrespect as a customer ever. I really wont stop at anything untill this is dealt with. I cant wait till Monday to report it.
