Weekend bus service

Good day

I trust all is well at the bus for us.

It is apparent amongst fellow bus commuters that Golden Arrow only is "the bus for us" from Monday to Friday. Once Saturday and Sunday arrive we are left with the crumbs. We have to scurry around like seagulls for s****s provided by the bus service which has been around for 160 years, must be time to call it quits.

The inadequate service which you run on the weekend is appalling. The loyal passengers who use their hard earned money to buy daily, weeklies and monthlies tickets during the week as well the weekend use the service.

I can say with conviction, I know you can do better. I will also say that if this continues, the new kid on the block will ***** what has been built and established over a long period.

I sincerely this earnest plea will be received well.
