Very Rude Driver

I waited for the bus in the bus stop at Khayelitsha for more than 30min in a rainy weather. After 30min there came a bus written City via Freeway. We stopped the bus as it is coming the driver decided to stop at a distance from us we ran to the bus as we we running to the bus he decided to rav it, which means he is in a hurry he does not care about us. As we stepped in I paid with R50 he told me with an attitude that I must never pay with that amount of money to him I must go down he is not gona take that money. Thereafter he stopped the bus and he told the passengers that he is not going anywhere till I go down. Then they started swearing at me including him. He could not change R50 at 8:35 with a pettycash he was given when his shift started. I took the bus because I was going to an Interview at Observatory a bus to Cape Town was very relevant than a taxi to me cause I did not have enough cash to take a taxi. But I was forced to go down and take a taxi then ask for the additional amount to the person m having the interview with. Under the Rules and Regulations of Golden Arrow there is nothing that says we must come with the exact amount for the trip,otherwise will will be humiliated and assaulted therefore. I ended up taking a taxi because I could not sacrifice the interview. Registration number for the bus was CA 563 442. REF NO 4784 . IT WAS CITY VIA FREEWAY FROM HARARE.
